The Jesolo Lido Project will be a landmark beachfront destination intended to draw guests to its residential and hotel components. The project is being completed in three phases.
The Jesolo Lido Condominium is a 10-story seafront complex currently under construction and scheduled to be completed by summer of 2012. It consists of 69 apartments and is topped by 5 two-storey penthouse units with private terraces and pools. The project has been designed as a light and airy building with open staircases and shaded terraces on all elevations with extensive views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. A private spa and outdoor pools in a secluded garden on the ground floor complement the exclusive ambiance of the project.
